Critics Analysis

With a triple elimination bracket in the group stage this sets up those teams with consistent top performances to really preform and qualify for the playoffs. This means most of the teams I would expect to reach the playoffs are the permanent partner teams, with experience on their side. Such as Na’Vi, FaZe, G2 Esports, OG, Team liquid, Heroic, Team Vitality and Ninjas In Pyjamas.

Saying this last year we have seen some stand out performances in major events from teams such as Team Outsiders and Furia Esports and Heroic. Really we need to see what teams can preform offline for extended periods in Malta.  Given the length of the events. I feel this is where sheer experience and support will help team survive, or unique unseen strategies. Either way this will be on of the main events to watch this year!
